George mediates and arbitrates disputes. He serves as a mediator and early neutral evaluator for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He serves as a pro tem judge and neutral for San Francisco and San Mateo County Superior Courts. He has mediated cases involving issues including trade secrets, contracts, corporations, partnerships, employment, ERISA, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Fair Debt Reporting Act.
